[~jeagles] the patch for TEZ-4337 seems to be stale. If the mentioned security
issues can be resolved by only upgrading the ember libraries (Assuming it won't
bring in any functionality changes), we can mark this Jira as dependent on
TEZ-4337 and can prioritize to merge that one first.
