Description:
Tez depends on log4j v1 transitively through hadoop-common, but log4j2 is also
present in hadoop's pom.
In general, we should check what kind of benefits are present with using v2,
e.g. [async logging|https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/async.html]
