Description:
Tez site has bee edited manually since 0.10.y, not sure since when, whereas it
is supposed to be generated from docs:
https://github.com/apache/tez/tree/master/docs/src/site
Need to sync them before making decisions on other site-related questions: e.g.
the markup files should be up-to-date before migrating the site in any ways.
