in TEZ-4387, https://github.com/apache/tez/pull/296, findBugs kept giving -1:

tez-tools/tez-javadoc-tools cannot run convertXmlToText from findbugs
{code}
the findbugs target itself ran successfully, see attached log file
this is to track a followup in case it cannot be solved in the scope of
TEZ-4387
yetus argument "--findbugs-strict=false" didn't help
