Description:
Before Tez 1.0.0, we might want to take the chance to clean up the code a bit
and encourage contributors to do the same.
Big changes are welcome, especially if they are easy to apply: e.g. a spotless
rule can be applied on downstream forks too easily after this change, even if
the repos look quite different.
