Description:
While running tests with Hive LLAP I can see incorrect values for both
NODE_USED_COUNT and NODE_TOTAL_COUNT.

INFO : NODE_TOTAL_COUNT: 10

this is not true, cluster originally started with 10 LLAP nodes, but in the
meantime I added +10, so this should be 20 nodes visible
