This Jira is a follow up Jira for TEZ-4725.
As part of https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TEZ-4725 implementation we are
creating new method "waitForVertexSucceeded()" for wait and checking the status
of vertex. This need to be put in common place as a util and need to use in
code base where ever applicable in code base.
