Attachment: TEZ-624.4.patch
Attaching new patch that makes sure mock TaskAttemptId passed to MR has vertex
index in it so that paths from different vertices dont collide with each other
(and thus dont clean each other during task commit).
Committing this to unblock TEZ-678. The tests in TEZ-678 cover these changes.
Verified using those tests as well as manually running wordcount with old and
new api.
