Follow up to TEZ-788 which has some discussion on the following ..
Change Tez poms to include dependencies required by Tez (instead of relying on
them to come in via Hadoop)
Decide on whether yarn client libraries need to be included.
Try merging tez-dist and tez-dist-full into a single build (transitive
dependencies)
