[~sseth] [~bikassaha] initial patch attached. Please take a look.
For now, the framework does the generation in the first attempt of the first
task for each vertex. The data is then sent to the AM which sends out to the
history service.
Some work still left to generate the data for the vertex managers and edge
managers.
