Summary: Log time taken to connect/getInputStream to a http source

Currently, there is no easy way to analyze connection establishment time from
tez logs. Connection timings could vary based on different parameters (OS
settings, job size etc).
Additional log (e.g warn log if connection establishment takes more than a
second) to record connection establishment time would be helpful.
