CachingKeyedDefinitionsFactoryTilesContainer does not get a custom definition
with a non-default key
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: TILES-117
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/TILES-117
             Project: Tiles
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: tiles-core
    Affects Versions: 2.0.0
            Reporter: Antonio Petrelli
             Fix For: 2.0.x

Currently custom definitions (i.e. those registered through a
MutableTilesContainer) are all stored in the default DefinitionManager, but got
from the DefinitionManager associated with the correct key.
Custom definitions must be stored in the correct DefinitionManager.
