Description:
Currrently it is not possible to set the content type of the response. It
should be possible, to allow rendering templates different from JSP and
servlets.
Moreover:
* a "isResponseCommitted" method should be added;
* the map returned from "getHeader" should be writable, by writing header
values in the response.
