Upgraded minor versions of packages for Tiles 2.1.x, with the exception of the
retrotranslator plugin, for the bug above (not yet resolved), but we don't
care, since probably Java 1.4 support will be dropped for future versions of
Tiles.
For Tiles 2.2.x, commons-digester and portlet-api have been upgraded to 2.0.
