A TilesContainerFactory that, for convenience, loads all the new features,
should be created, along with supporting classes (TilesInitializer, servlet,
listener).
The new feature to include are:
- Velocity and FreeMarker support (type, Tiles request context factory)
- OGNL, EL, MVEL support
- Wildcard and Regular expression support with prefix
- Automatic load of all "tiles*.xml" files, under WEB-INF or in every place in
the classpath.
