Fix For: 2.2.1
After the deprecation of UrlDefinitionsFactory, with the use of
LocaleDefinitionsFactory the definitions are *always* inheritance-resolved,
that is wrong when used together with ResolvingLocaleUrlDefinitionDAO, that
already resolves definitions.
For this reason a new "UnresolvingDefinitionsFactory" should be added.
