tiles-extras depends on tiles-velocity, which depends on velocity-tools
(timestamped snapshot version), which in turn depends on velocity 1.6.2.
All of these dependencies are at scope "compile".
The tiles-test webapp does not suffer of such problem.
Where exactly do you see this problem? Is there a test case?
