Rare occurrences that no templates could be found for a particular attribute
using the OptionsRenderer. Once this happened the error would remain for the
next 5 minutes until the cache cleared.
The usage of ConcurrentHashMap in OptionsRenderer.Cache may not be accurate
enough...
