this is usually solved by making sure tiles-jsp-3.0.1.jsp is included in your 
classpath…
but here your build is failing on tiles-jsp…
 ( http://tiles.apache.org/framework/tiles-jsp/taglibvalidation.html )

otherwise the tiles-3.0.2 builds fine for me using java7 and mvn-3.1.0
