thank you as a seasoned user of `.asf.yaml`, my expectation is that each modification will trigger an email notification to private like https://lists.apache.org/thread/700jdclst9bosjy9xgvwzyz1opcl1nyb that shows my Git commit has been taken into account to the live service for now, I've got no notification, and I don't see expected result = a new project in https://release-test.apache.org/committees/tooling , so i suppose there is a bug somewhere -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
