Hi @clr-apache - this is now supported via the `.asf.yaml` "project"
feature. If you specify:
```yaml
project:
metadata:
...
policy:
...
vote_recipients:
to: [email protected]
```
(where `...` is the other relevant settings for the project), it will set
that within ATR and also enable it for CC/BCC options. If you want to grab a
seed version of `.asf.yaml` to modify, you can navigate to
https://release-test.apache.org/project/yaml/db-jdo where you can copy the YAML
for your current setup.
