Commit https://github.com/apache/tooling-releases-client/commit/e3e2b35e1f63c0d73a746a206f1fb2073404b912 brings the client up to date with the server, but there were significant modifications involved, including a couple of server fixes (689226e7b2ac6096e25ae71f0eae13c2936e242e and 1b36fc6dc66a0a236e5ca90188fcb00700cab4e3). We discussed this today and decided to include client synchronisation as server work, to avoid it getting behind.
