1. Main goal is to improve and ease the quality of releases by guiding releases while allowing divergent ways to initiate and automate the process. To accomplish this we provide a website, an openapi, and a client. A subsidiary approach includes a maven plugin. 2. A secondary goal is to enable PMCs to properly manage their main project and any sub-projects from where these projects live. 3.
