It would be safer to have no votes under way when we migrate the server. This may mean that we have to disable starting a vote for a few days beforehand. I can't find any places where this would definitely break, but it's the highest risk part, and e.g. the expected vote publication directory on SVN would be changed without notifying the PMC. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
