Scopes are not currently available. If we were to have them then they would be something like: 1. Committer - must be a committer - this is the all inclusive group. 2. PMC - must be a member of a committee. 3. Member - must be a foundation member including emeritus or not. 4. Director - do we need a super secret director's only scope? 5. Admin - on the admin team 6. Root - an admin root. 7. ...
