Create a json file that acts like a shared summary view of the Catalog.
1. The outer level is a list of each committee by key
- Name
- Projects
2. The Projects level is a list of each of the committee's projects
- Name
- Metadata needed for categories on
https://projects.apache.org/projects.html and the project page (drop the DOAP
file and Releases are described next.)
- Releases - the version and the date - in the last 100 days, if none
then the most recent.
- Current - the number of current releases
- Archived - the number of archived releases
- Cycles - for semver the array of versions with current releases
- Begin - the date of the oldest release likely archived
