jhg03a opened a new issue #2463: Feature: Add documentation generation to pkg URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/issues/2463 I believe it would be worthwhile to enable new developers and technical writers the ability to easily compile our documentation. As a secondary bonus, when reviewing PRs that are only related to documentation an artifact that is generated by the build would allow for better reviews.
