rob05c opened a new pull request #2536: Fix TO database leak URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/pull/2536 Fixes a missing rows.Close(), by changing a Query() whose results were unused to an Exec(). Also fixes a db Scan() error being ignored.
