dangogh opened a new issue #3161: traffic_portal rpm missing css files URL: https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/issues/3161 Recently changed traffic_portal build to use ruby 2.3 to work around compatibility issues with rubygems. Now, appears that `compass` is not getting run during the build which causes css files to be missing. `compass` has been deprecated for a while, so looking for an alternative.
