jhg03a commented on issue #3890: Change query handling and cachekey usage to
not allow multiple cachekey instances

This is an area where it's very easy to operationally take down origins
because the qstring field hides a really, really important concept in ATS and
connects it to other DS fields in ways that aren't obvious. Cachekey should be
a first class citizen we have to think about in DS construction. While the
vast majority fit into one of the use cases presented by the qstring field,
simple things like switching an origin from http to https or updating the
origin fqdn can break the cache.
