Hi @cheluskin, sorry for the trouble. 4.0 is our latest stable release and is your best bet for using Traffic Control. 4.1 is out for release consideration now. According to the error you are seeing, it looks like you need to add a peers.polling.interval param to Traffic Ops and assign it to your Traffic Router profile.
