#4936 returns accurate results for duplicate hostnames for `GET
/servers/{host_name}/update_status` (as with previous API versions, the
response array will have 2 elements in that case) . Also, using `NULL` as the
initial cachegroup made filtering the initial cachegroups later unnecessary.
