## What does this PR (Pull Request) do? - [x] This PR is not related to any Issue Our next planned release is not 4.2, it's 5.0. This updates the versions of ATC components to reflect that, if only to reduce confusion. ## Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR? Technically all of them, but I really only changed meta and informational files. ## What is the best way to verify this PR? Build RPMs, verify with `rpm -q` that the generated packages have the correct versions.
