ATCv3.1 has [a constraint that won't let you have multiple servers with the same IP and Profile](https://github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/blob/3.1.x/traffic_ops/app/db/create_tables.sql#L2131) so I'm not sure how you got that set up that way. ---------------------------------------------------------------- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
