## Current behavior:
Server A is in CDN 1.
Server A is assigned to Delivery Services in CDN 1.
Server A can be changed to CDN 2.
## Expected / new behavior:
Changing the CDN of a server should be prohibited if the server has DS
assignments.
## Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:
Create a Server.
Assign delivery services to the server. Note that only delivery services in
the server's cdn are eligible for assignment.
Change the cdn of the server. It will succeed. Now the server has dss
assigned in a different cdn.
