## What does this PR (Pull Request) do? - [x] This PR is not related to any Issue This PR just moves the Python and Java clients out of the annoying, empty, top-level directory `traffic_control`, and also updates references throughout the repository to correctly specify the client path. Draft because I don't want to change this for 5.0.0 ## Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR? - CDN in a Box - Documentation - Traffic Control Client (Python) - CI tests ## What is the best way to verify this PR?
