pkg.go.dev replaces the old godoc.org Go auto-documentation site. It requires license files in certain places, or won't display documentation for libraries, for legal reasons. It looks like it's broken for all ATC libraries: https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/apache/trafficcontrol/lib/go-tc We should fix it. It looks like it might just be a matter of putting license files in the right places for it to detect.
