Actually, in order to fall as low as 5000 I think _both_ caches need to report a rate under 20, so I think the real probability of a fake failure drops to between 5<sup>-2</sup> and 4<sup>-2</sup>, or between about 5% and 6.25%. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
