## What does this PR (Pull Request) do? - [x] This PR is not related to any Issue This PR removes some structures from the `tc` package that relate to the old v1 API endpoints for configuration file generation, which have not worked since before the latest 4.x release and were recently removed entirely from master in #5539 . ## Which Traffic Control components are affected by this PR? None. The structures are unused. ## What is the best way to verify this PR?
