This PR adds a button to the top of DS forms (except for STEERING-based DSes, which have no use for it) that can be used to toggle the visibility of fields considered "sensitive" throughout the form. <!-- **^ Add meaningful description above** --><hr/> - Traffic Portal ## What is the best way to verify this PR?
