   ## This Bug Report affects these Traffic Control components:
   <!-- delete all those that don't apply -->
   - Traffic Portalv2

   ## Current behavior:
   <!-- Describe how the bug happens -->
   When column are arranged in the order seen in TPv1. Upon refresh we loose
the order and it reverts back to its original structure.
   For eg: Original Order for ASN table is [Fig 1]:
   <img width="479" alt="image"
src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/22248619/222050458-7e93d09d-f751-4fde-8c6a-fcc1bf4b692f.png";>

   Arranging the column as follows [Fig 2]:
   <img width="588" alt="image"
src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/22248619/222050403-f41e01c3-5de0-4565-9a5c-2e068f64c1bd.png";>

   Upon refreshing the screen, we see column arranged as Fig 1 instead of 2

   ## Expected behavior:
   <!-- Describe what the behavior would be without the bug -->
   Expected column order to be as seen in Fig 2 even after refreshing the page

   ## Steps to reproduce:
   <!-- If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the *STEPS TO
REPRODUCE* and
   include the applicable TC version.
   -->

   1. Go to any table and arrange the column as per user's choice.
   2. Refresh the page
   3. Check to see if the arrangement worked or it reverted back to original
order
