TOv2 UI is still experimental and found in the traffic_ops/experimental/ui
directory. Currently, the hooks are available to build the artifacts of the UI
however, those hooks need to be leveraged to automate the build process and
generate an RPM.
This isssue relates to automating the rpm build of tov2 and hook it into docker
entry point.
