If a Delivery service has a Content Routing type of HTTP and a Protocol of
"HTTP and HTTPS" and more than 1 host regex, the example URLs are incorrect on
the Delivery Service screen.
This could affect the user's ability to to generate SSL certs because TO uses
the example URLs to determine the common name for the cert.
A workaround is to setup the DS as HTTPS, create the certs, and then switch the
DS to "HTTP and HTTPS".
