When Traffic Stats tries to use TM 2.0 it gets the following error for
cache_stats: [ERROR] 2016-11-02 19:41:00 could not unmarshall cache stats JSON
- json: cannot unmarshal number into Go value of type string
This appears to be TS getting a int when it is expecting a string.
