I agree with everything in Jeremy's comments.
1. Your notes on creating sub-tenants is accurate. Just specify the parent id,
no default. As long as it is in your access tree you can do it.
2. Didnt' know this was in place.
4. Agree, no defaults.
6. Agree, hierarchy in response.
