I'm going to increase this to 2048 I think. Here's my thinking, the default is
way too small. and we need something somewhat reasonable. 2048 in-flight DNS
requests could equate to maybe 4 - 8k QPS or so, which we really should be able
to handle. If the resolvers can't handle that sort of load, they really ought
to increase their resolver capacity.
Anyone against?
