The name log2 is confusing and nonsensical, since Apache Traffic server never
had a "log" module. Since there's no legacy here, I suggest we rename all
configs (and stats) to be simply log. This is a trivial config change for
anyone already deployed (sed 's/log2/log/g') and now is an excellent time to
"break" compatibility (as agreed on).
