Resolution: Fixed
Basic WCCP implemented. This supports 1 router, 1 cache. It may work for larger
configurations but that is untested. Features that are not fully implemented:
* Multi-cast
* Multi-cache assignment negotiation
* Dead cache/router culling for all cases.
To use WCCP you must use the "--enable-wccp" configuration flag. A separate
configuration file is required. Documentation for this file is forthcoming.
