I know what the problem is, and it's somewhat odd. If there is no
partition.config set, the statistics "defaults" to
proxy.process.cache.partition_0.bytes_used
but if there's a config in partition.config, you get
proxy.process.cache.partition_1.bytes_used
proxy.process.cache.partition_2.bytes_used
...
I.e. it skips '0'. I'll have to check with jplevyak to understand what the
thinking is here.
