Right now, the --enable-micro configure option doesn't work at all. It'd be
neat to get this running again, and make sure we strip out as much as possible
from these micro builds. It'd make for a great "personal" proxy, for laptops,
and perhaps even mobile devices (lets port ATS to IOS! :).
